| Had the absolute pleasure of working with Meghan Trainor again in April 2016. It’s always a pleasure to work with her and her Tour Manager Britton Billik. This time around, I was entrusted with the task of putting the band together for Meghan’s performance of the single “NO” on The Graham Norton Show (BBC One).
As an aspiring Musical Director, I put bands together for artists and arrange live shows but this was the first time I had been called upon to put a band together for a prime-time TV slot with a Grammy Award winning and multi-Platinum selling artist. I’m grateful to Meghan and her team for trusting me with this and also for continuing the relationship that was established when i first worked with her in 2014 doing a run of acoustic sessions.
I’m working on doing more projects like this and I’m building a roster of great musicians to supply to the music industry for live, studio and TV work. If you need helping putting the perfect band together for you project; don’t hesitate to contact me.
I was given a brief by Meghan’s team for the kind of personnel they wanted and i supplied just that. The band were great, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
