I came on board with Marcus Collins towards the end of Summer 2014 for what was initially one show but I ended up touring with him on his Motown themed theatre tour.
My approach for working with Marcus Collins on these shows was to emulate the Motown sound and play the song authentically with the right feel, swing and articulation to provide a genuine Motown foundation for the rest of the music to build on.
